TMS320F280025: F280025PMSR_ Error occurred while writing

However, we were reported in the meeting with our customer today that they still have 30pcs out of tested 100pcs failed with this error message to writing. That means 70pcs are fine.

Have you experienced this kind of problem ? How can we solve this issue ? Please suggest any solutions.

Hello,

There can be several reasons that this error occurs.

1. What is their board setup?
2. How far is the JTAG debug probe from the device?
3. Are they using the same target configuration for each unit?
4. Are TDI and TDO being used as GPIOs at runtime?
5. Did they monitor XRSn to confirm it goes high during boot up?
