Tool/software:
I am developing a bootloader using TMS320F280049C. I'm using the flash driver from C2000Ware. When an unexpected power down occurs during erasing flash data using the flash driver, it causes ECC errors. Subsequently, the program enters an exception state every time it attempts to read data from the erased flash area. Is there any way to prevent this ECC issue? Or is there a method to recover after an ECC error occurs?
Hi,
If there is an ECC errors due to corruption like power down etc. Always erase the flash and program it.
