TMS320F28379D: running Matlab application code on Core 1 and Mat

Hello team, 

My customer contacted me and has some question about implementing code on an F28379d alongside with Matlab Simulink
do you know who could provide support here.
Basically his question was to run the bare metal code on core 1 and a simulink generated application on the 2nd core. He wants to do this via IPC.

I am not sure if that works - he tried to combine the driverlib example with a matlab example.  (dev.ti.com/.../node example with one of our matlab examples.
