Tool/software:

Hi, I'm working in TMS320F280039C MOTOR CONTROL project here I'm experiencing current offset and voltage offset error.

I'm running the project in DMC build level 1.

how do I clear this error?

1.i have checked the hardware connections, ADC current channel and voltage channel it is configured correctly.

what more should I check in hardware?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hello,

Apologies for the delay, I unexpectedly out of office. Offset errors in the C2000Ware Motor Control SDK indicate that the initialization routine was unable to properly calibrate offset based on the hardware. This is usually due to issues with the hardware connection to the motor driver, typically, like the booster pack being incorrectly attached, switches being improperly set, or necessary hardware adjustments not being performed.

What Booster Pack are you using with the project? Please verify that all hardware connections are made with that board correctly, as instructed by the Universal Motor Control Lab User's Guide.

    Regards,
    Jason Osborn
