TMS320F28335: On-chip flash programmer - Loading issue

Hi,

Am using TMS320F28335 evaluation board and CCS v3.3.81.6.

When I try to load the sw, am getting this following error:

"Data verification failed at address 0x31E878.

Please verify target memory and memory map."

And am not able to open the On-chip Flash programmer, getting this following error:

"Non-supported PartID: 0x00EF

Supported devices:

F28xx (PartID 0x0001/2)

.

.

.

F28335 (PartID 0x00FA)

However, the PartID register may not have been read properly due to the target state."

Anyhow, I have checked the DSP name on the board, it is: TMS320F28335PGFA (hope the PartID is 0x00FA)

And checked for the On-chip flash programmer in the below path:

      Help -> About -> Component manager 

Am able to see the Flash28xx checkbox is enabled.

Version of On-chip flash programmer is: 5.92.0.314

Any idea on how to fix this?
