LAUNCHXL-F28379D: CPU 2 Working but CPU 1 dont

Hello everyone, i found an already used microcontroller (not brand new) and i tried to do the simplest example, to blink an external led with GPIO 0 every 1 second. I did this process through Simulink with a pulse generator and DO blocks. The thing is that when tried to do flash boot on CPU 1, build process was fully sucessful but nothing was happenning at the exit (led was always off). with EXACTLY the same settings and the same project i tried to do flash boot on CPU 2 and everything worked just fine. even the build messages were EXACTLY the same! Is there any reason to believe that CPU 1 is broken or is it something else that i dont get it;
