TMS320F28069M: import failed for the project:meta-data cannot be interpreted

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are using CCS Theia/20.x. Can you provide the exact version? Also provide details on how you are importing the example (via New Project Wizard? via Resource Explorer directly? Manual import?).

I assume you are referring to the New Project wizard. It is not so effective for older devices where C2000ware is not properly configured for it. I would browse examples directly from Resource Explorer.
