When configuring emif1 for the 28377D chip with sysconfig, pin conflicts are always displayed.

For example: EM1RAS and EMIA14 conflict, EM1CAS and EMIA13 conflict.

EM1RAS and EM1CAS are not used. How to deconfigure these two pins on the syscfg page

Hi,

For SDRAM, the maximum size can be supported is 512Mbit (11 col address, 12 row address, and 4 banks). The GPIO86 and GPIO87 are used for RAS and CAS, and EMIA13 and EMIA14 are not used for address.

I want to use syscfg to generate code, but I don't know how to configure only EMIA13 and EMIA14, how to cancel RAS and CAS. The current interface needs to be configured with all four pins, resulting in a pin conflict error

Hi Albert,

The RAS and CAS are required to interface a SDRAM. The maximum address can be used is EM1A12, so you need to deselect EM1A13 and EM1A14 from the list of pins used:
