TMS320F28377D: generate .bin file with COFF output format

Hi Champ,

I am asking for my customer.

They are using F28377D with COFF output format. 

They wish the output image from HEX to .bin file, and unused memory filled with value 0xFFFF in the .bin file.

Please suggest how to generate the requested .bin file with COFF output format.

Are the two posts feasible to achieve that ?
