TMS320F28335: Flash API execution from L4-L7 SARAM

Is it acceptable to execute Flash API from L4, L5, L6, or L7 SARAM? Our design requires only using memory regions secured by the CSM. I see in Flash2833x_API_Quickstart.PDF that "Execute the Flash API code from zero-wait state internal SARAM memory." , but L4-L7 is 1 execution wait state according to the datasheet. From my testing the Flash API still works as expected when executed from regions L4-L7.
