Hi Champs,

There is no package outline for RSH56 in the datasheet.

I can also try the Find packages tool on TI website but no result.

Where can I find it?

    Kien,

    There is a known issue with the RSH package summaries on TI.com, we are working to address the issue.  

    I'm attaching the RSH mechanicals from a previous revision of the DS so the customer doesn't have to wait for this to get fixed.

    May I know if customer can proceed to design the RSH since they want low pin-count version?

    Or should they change to other package?

    Yes, customer can proceed.  There is no issue with the device or package itself, only the drawings on TI.com are not appearing correctly.  We are working to resolve this issue with the web/package team.  The RSH package is a fully released and supported package.  This issue happened recently, with TI.com, I don't have the exact cause though.
