My customer currently needs to use XDS200 emulator daisy chain to connect two F28374S for debugging. I don't know how to implement it at the moment. Is there any operation document that can be shared? The debugging software is CCS12.3. Thank you

Is the hardware already done?
The setup in CCS is pretty straightforward:
1. Starting from typical target configuration file, click on 'Advanced' tab at the bottom.
2. Right click on the debug probe and select 'Add'
3. Go to 'Devices' tab and add your device. Click the finish button.
You can now save your target configuration, it should look something like this:
From this point, it is probably easiest to manually launch a debug session and connect manually. Instructions for manual launch are linked in this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/spracf0
