Hi，

The product that the customer has been producing has now encountered a problem where it cannot be burned in. The following issues have been reported.

Please help see if it can be solved.

    Hi Rhea,

    This looks like a custom debug/programming interface. We will not be able to help with debugging software that is not owned by TI.

    For example, I would be happy to help with debugging programming and connectivity issues with CCS and UNIFLASH.
