if we have the current control loop in FOC and FCL method may I have the max freq number for each loop on each method?
I mean the max position loop feq for FOC and FCL, max Speed control loop and max current loop?
I want to know what will be max number for Servo motor control with C2000 DSP.

That depends on the control algortihm, the ISR frequency, and the CPU frequency. You can find the detailed calcualtion description in the application notes.
