I am trying to program TMS320F28388s controller using Blackhawk XDS200 Debug Probe TMDSEMU200-U but its not working. All hardware connections are correct, pins are correct.

Hi Shreyas,

Please see the Cable Break section of the JTAG Debug Guide.

Let me know if errors persist after you have checked the pins.

Thanks for your response.

My XDS110 Debug Probe is working with same port so there is no cable break possibility, also I checked TDO pin is working.
But in my board, as per TI XDS110 debug probe the TDIS pin is DNP in my board.
Below is the JTAG connector connection detail in my board which is working perfectly with XDS110 and not with XDS200 and XDS560 v2.

Could you try shorting the RTCK pin to the TCK pin? I think I have gotten this same error with XDS560v2 when the RTCK pin is floating.
