Hi MingHan,

XDS110 may not be needed on the board if you flash the application onto the microcontroller.
XDS110 is a debugger used to program/debug the microcontroller chip, if you need for bring-up/debug, you can purchase it in ti.com store.

Do you see any need having the XDS110 also on the board?

Yes, integrating the XDS110 directly onto our product's PCB is a specific requirement for our design. This approach offers several potential advantages for our application. We have already obtained the XDS110 schematic and are keen to implement it ourselves. However, we understand that the XDS110 utilizes the MSP432E401Y microcontroller, which requires specific firmware to function as a debugger/programmer. We would be incredibly grateful if TI could provide the necessary HEX file for the MSP432E401Y. This would enable us to realize our goal of having an integrated XDS110 solution on our board and would be a significant help for our project. Thank you for your time and support.

You can download the XDS110 firmware onto the MSP432 MCU by following the steps here: https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/xdsdebugprobes/emu_xds110.html#manual-update

We typically do not release XDS110 firmware for modification, but XDS100v2 is already available online. You just wouldn't be able to use cJTAG.
