Tool/software:

We need to migrate CCS7.0.0 to Latest CCS version. As per my research below changes will be needed at higher level

1. Migrate DSP/BIOS to SYS/BIOS

2. Update compiler/linker settings/scripts

3. Elf file support

4. RTSC and XDC tool migration

Do We need to upgrade above tool versions to latest version? How I can achieve this will minimum project impact?

Is there any guide on how I can do this? Any heads up will be appreciated

Hi Namdeo,

I would recommend you updated your toolchains to the latest versions as they've been updated to support the other tools in your application. It should not have any other obvious impact.

Once you complete this migration, you can look at device and compiler migration. As part of the tool migration you will have to update tool versions.
