TMS320F2800156-Q1: Power consumption

Hi TI team,

We are currently reviewing the power consumption characteristics for VDD in the VREG disabled – internal supply configuration. However, we were only able to find data corresponding to the external supply scenario (screenshot attached for reference).

Could you kindly provide the power consumption details for the internal supply case as well?

Hello Aravind,

Can you confirm the version of the datasheet you are referencing here?

The latest version availalble as of 01/2025 includes a table for VREG enable - internal supply followed by a second table for VREF disable - external supply.

Hi Aravind,

I the VREF is disabled, then the internal supply is disabled, there is not option for VREG Disabled - Internal Supply, it is simply if VREG is enabled, then the internal supply is being used, if VREG is disabled, then the external supply is being used.
