hex2000: Filenames and/or directories with whitespace

There seems to be an issue with the hex2000 tool when the output file name contains a whitespace character.

For example:

hex2000 -I -boot -spi8 -lospcp=2 -spibrr=4  "c:\tmp\My File.out"  -o "c:\tmp\My File.hex"

creates the file c:\tmp\My
