Are you referring to a CCS debug launch or your GC application is unable to connect to the target?

I use GC application (web utilization), previously (windows 10) I have used GC to connect to my target, it was successfull.

Thank you for the project. My main PC is Windows 11. I was able to connect:

Though I'm not sure if is running correctly.

I did have some periodic connection issues that required me to restart the browser.

Good news! But could you tell me why GUI composer don't run with my PC while Code Composer (debug mode) run correctly with LAUNCHXL-F28379D demo board?

I have only this picture with 'Connected to TI Cloud Agent' fixed

Are you using the onboard XDS100 of the launchpad? I ask because I noticed that you application is configured for an XDS100v3. The onboard XDS100 of the launchpad is XDS100v2.

For my tests, I used a standalone XDS100v3 with my F2837xD controlcard w/dock. 

Note that while I was able to connect, I noticed that I often had to restart my browser when I could not connect.

We are also investigating an issue with running GCv2 apps standalone using a local downloaded runtime. Not sure if you tried that but there appears to be some issue. 

I have modified XDS100V3 to XDS100V2. But I have same results.

I don't understand why GUI is locked to TI Cloud Agent without error.

I saw that during connection GUI Composer under CCS ask to internet java script. Our organisation limit exchange with web.

It looks like connection to TI Cloud Agent was fine but unable to connect to target

Are you trying to run your GC app from inside CCS? Your IT is blocking CCS access to the web?

Yes, I have tried it too (under CCS) but no success.

I assume you had a similar environment (regarding IT security) in your previous Windows 10 environment where everything worked? I assume your browser or TI Cloud Agent is not blocked from accessing the web?

Is there another PC you can try? Windows 10 or 11 based?

I have tried on another PC windows 10 based but without internet connection. It's not working too.

I have noted that GC app have a internet call at the beginning. Perhaps our firewall limits this connection.

GC under CCS should not try to access the internet. However the standalone app I believe does try to access the internet.

Did you try on a personal machine that is not on your work network?

I saw that during initialization GC is waiting issue of TI Cloud agent. I had found fex version of TI Cloud agent (simple or _2 version).

Could you tell me which version of TI Cloud agent is necessary for GC app?

If you are trying to use a standalone GCv2 app with the GC runtime, you may be running into this known issue:
