TMS320F28375D: Request for Specification Sheet Regarding Data Programming to ROM Area of TMS320F28375D

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Hikaru Watanabe.

Our company is a manufacturer of ROM writer(Device Programmer) based in Japan.

One of our customers has requested to program data into the ROM area of your TMS320F28375D device using our device programmer.

Then, we would like to kindly ask if it would be possible for you to provide a specification sheet related to data writing, as such details are not included in the general datasheet.

We understand this may involve confidential information, so we would also like to discuss the possibility of signing an NDA. If possible, could you please introduce us to the appropriate contact person at your Japan office?

We would greatly appreciate your consideration.

    Thanks to your support, we were able to get in touch with Mr. Ishii from your Japan office and successfully conclude an NDA.

    With that in place, we would like to kindly request the programming specification sheet that describes how to access the ROM memory of the following device.

    TMS320F28375D


    Would it be possible for you to provide this?

    Hi Hikaru,

    This is currently being discussed over email. As I mentioned in the email thread with TI and Mr. Yamaguchi, our team is requesting some clarification: 

    To clarify, when you refer to the “ROM”, do you mean the F2837xD FLASH memory? Are you trying to build a flash programmer for this device? If so, we have some JTAG collateral and resources we can share with you. We are in the process of preparing the content to be available on a secure download- I can send this to you when it is ready.

    Yes, we are referring to the FLASH memory of the F2837xD.
    Apologies for the overlap with Mr. Yamaguchi’s question.
    We would appreciate it if you could kindly share the JTAG-related documentation with us.
