TMS320F28386D: MSGRAM access capabilities A to B and B to A.

Working on the multicore capabilities of the TMS320F28386D, I was wondering is the MSGRAMx A to B and MSGRAMx B to A were actually two memory blocks that could be accesses at the same time without contention?
It was not clear to me is the two were the same memory blocks but with different access rights or actually two distinct memory blocks.
