TMS320F28386D: CM BUS-MATRIX and arbitration between DMAs

On the TMS320F28386D, multiple DMAs are going through the CM BUS-MATRIX2. Arbitration rules state that CM has higher priority over other masters (uDMA and EthDMA). However, arbitration between uDMA and EthDMA is not stated.  Could you clarify how arbitration is done?
