TMDSDOCK28379D: Development Kite

Part Number: TMDSDOCK28379D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDSCNCD28379D,

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am using TMDSCNCD28379D ControlCARD without TMDSDOCK28379D Docking Station.

when I put my own control card and processor board and generate PWM signals, some GPIO pins give proper 3.3V PWM signals, but others give weak and stupid PWM around 2.0–2.5V even though they are configured the same way and not connected to any load.

When I use Docking Station, the same code works perfectly.

I never understood what could be the reason for this situation?

You have designed your processor board to accept the controlCARD directly, correct? Is your processor board supplying 5V to all the 5V0 pins on the controlCARD? Does this supply a minimum 500mA to the controlCARD?
