After reviewing the syscongfig file, I've noticed that your High comparator DAC value is set to 5. Is there are reason to set it with a low limit value?

Are you using CMPSS1 and CMPSS3 at the same time? Have you tried selecting different input signal rather than Input Signal 4?

Please provide an example code of CMPSS1 and CMPSS3 configurated.

as per my input requirement:-

1) CMPSS1:- Selected MUX Signal for HP input select  pin 22: A1/B7/DACB_OUT and OUTPUTXBAR output  at GPIO4.

2) CMPSS3:- Selected MUX Signal for HP input select pin 19: A14/B14/C4 and OUTPUTXBAR output at GPIO 58.

3) Input signal for both comparators show in attachment image.

The provided sysconfig file looks fine to me. But I would need more information about CMPSS3 issue. When you say CMPSS3 is wrong, what is the behavior of CMPSS3 they see and what behavior they expect?
