My customer use F28P55 lanuchpad and connect to PC by USB port. Has set the S3 switch to be GPIO24=0, GPIO32=1; and set S2 switch to be IO28/29 to XDS.
The C2Prog program fail as below information, may we check if C2Prog can support F28P55?

I can confirm that the LaunchPad F28P550SJ9 max variant is working as intended.
Am able to download an LED blinky to the device.
Are we sure the COM port is as listed if we look into the device manager?

I am sure select correct COM13 same as device manager, you could review in below capture. but still fail after C2Prog download stage #1.
May I double check which version C2Prog you using? Any special Configure or different Operation need for F28P55 because we could program well on F28003.

Can confirm that the C2Prog version I used was C2Prog v2.2:
No special operation was necessary to connect and program the device. Is there any background task that could be impeding operation?
Can they also try the program operation with another device? Does it allow programming if done through JTAG using an XDS2xx USB or XDS110 USB connection?

Even program by using JTAG on P55 Launchpad, it is still fail with similar message. We have try two pcs P55 Launchpad and same fail result.

I try use P55 Controlcard and it can work well, but still fail on P55 Launchpad. What are you using for testing? and what is difference between controlcard and launchpad?
