TMS320F28P650SH: How to load .hex program more convinent

Tool/software:

I already can use sucure boot in chip .

But My need is to be able to import programs with secure boot to the production line in batches,

Now I firstly load .hex program , and then load .out symbol to Implement the sucure boot.

and it is not realistic to use CCS to import them one by one, do you have any recommended methods?thank you

Hi Ilald,

Have you tried referencing the below?

1. Using CCS Headless import/build/load feature

2. Using Scripting

3. Use Uniflash

I have checked all the above, I am targeting Instead of the steps for “firstly load .hex program , and then load .out symbol”

Hi Ilald,

If you use Scripting, you can load the .hex and load the .out symbol.

Load Program
Load Symbol (Officially being added in CCS20.2) However you can use below implementation
1. You can use session.expressions.evaluate("<GEL expression>") to call GEL_SymbolLoad() or GEL_SymbolAdd()
2. https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide_ccs_20.1.1/gel/GEL_SymbolLoad.html
3. Make sure you properly escape any \ in the path
