usually we require "DINT" in the end of interrupt while doing interrupt nesting, customer forget to add "DINT" in their firmware, could we double confirm if any potential risk without "DINT"?

This risk comes from an Errata, see below:
Note that if their application does not qualify according to the description, there would be no risk with not adding "DINT".
