TMS320F28069F: What build command should I use in Polyspace?

Hello,

I haven't gotten a decent answer from Matlab/ Polyspace, so I'm hoping you can help me.

When setting up a Polyspace project, it has an option to "Create from build command."

I've tried using make, various *.mk files, and even C:\ti\ccs1210\ccs\utils\bin\gmake.exe, and it rejects them all.

I must be missing the point, or something. Maybe they're asking for something I'm not aware of.

I don't have any experience with Polyspace so it is hard to provide any suggestions here.

Are you trying to build a CCS project from Polyspace? Or are you supposed to pass in the build command that is used by CCS to build the generated makefiles?

Hi Ki,

The latter. I'm using Polyspace as a bugfinder, and you can either enter the whole project manually, and even then, when you run the check, Polyspace rejects anything that's not strictly ANSI C (for example, it flags any declaration of a "cregister," as an error, when it's merely unconventional); or, I've been led to believe, if you provide the build command, it gives the software a bit more understanding of the intention of some of the non-ANSI constructions.

Again, I can't comment on anything Polyspace related. I can comment on the CCS build environment.
