Hello All,

I've just installed CCSv5 at C:\TI then and I've tried to install controlSUITE. Unfortunately without success I chose the same directory c:\ti and installer performed no action. No files/folder added to c:\ti?

What is correct installation procedure? Any example on how to use Concerto? Are there any sw support for Concerto or does Stellarisware, controlSUITE work with Concerto?

I apologize for the inconvenience.

In order to better debug this problem, could you provide more details about your installation:

Did you choose the regular download path or the ZIP download?

What operating system are you using?

At what point of the installation did the error occur?

I downloaded "exe".

What operating system are you using?

Windows 7

At what point of the installation did the error occur?

At very beginning - installation process did not start...

I uninstall CCSv5 and I deleted c:\ti. Then I tried to install controlSUITE and got same results - no success.

Peter,

Can you try to install using the zip package? It is also available at www.ti.com/controlsuite. Most of the time when the installer fails, it is an issue with corporate firewalls blocking the installer.
