Hi,

Let me double check, but I believe that this indicates a leadframe, which does not have an associated PCN.

We are checking with our manufacturing team. Devices are not expected to leave TI with any such marking. Can you confirm these devices were opened directly from TI packaging and no chance they ran through a pick-and-place machine which could've left the marking?
