TMS320F28379D: ePWM signal overlapping

I have a phase detector circuit where it detect a digital signal during positive ac half cycle and negative ac half cycle. I connect the phase detector circuit with GPIO digital input act as a signal before going to the ePWM. I am using the phase detector because i need the signal during each half cycle without interrupting the zero crossing point. Then the signal from GPIO DI is fed to ePWM. the ePWM is set for 20khz and 50% duty cycle which at TBPRD 2500 and CMP 1250. The signal i set at the action qualifier is correct which is what i wanted based on the images i shared. The 5 signal image is at 20khz condition.

My problem is i need to change to 37.5khz with 50% duty cycle as well. So the TBPRD set at 1333 and CMP value at 667, then the signal is OVERLAPPING as i attached in the image. The last 2 images are the overlapping signal. As you can see the first image the green waveform with blue and yellow. Second image blue waveform with green and red waveform.
