1. What mode is the best for PWM phase-shifted full bridge, up-down/up/down, which one ?

For our reference design, it utilizes up-down across all EPWM modules to drive the full-bridges.

For the incorrect ADC reading, at what point in the switching scheme are you triggering the ADC SOC? And do you use any filtering at the ADC pin input? There may be too fast variation in voltage or the point at which you are sampling the input may not be consistent
