C2000WARE: ERROR MESSAGE: Product C2000WARE v0.0 is not currently installed, and no compatible version is available.

Tool/software:

When I go to import a project from the C200Ware Motor Control SDK (v5.04.00), I get an error message which says

"See details below...
universal_servo_drive_f28p65x
Product C2000WARE v0.0 is not currently installed, and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version."

However, I do have C2000ware (v5.04.00) installed in the same directory as the motor control SDK. I have been using c2000ware for over two weeks with no issue. I am using "workspace12" in CCS v12.8.

    Can you check your discovered products list and see if both C2000Ware and Motor Control SDK show up?

    When I opened the Products tab, C2000Ware was missing, but I clicked the "refresh" button on the right side of the pop-up and it appeared and now the project builds as expected. 

    Even if you have it installed, CCS needs to "discover" it. If you install packages from Resource Explorer inside CCS, CCS will automatically find those. If installed outside CCS, then it may not discover them until explicitly triggered to look (via "refresh" button)
