TMS320LF2407A: TMS320F240PQ and XDS510PP problem with flashing

Part Number: TMS320LF2407A

Tool/software:

Dear TI support team,

I have problem with flashing chip TMS320F240PQ. I will be very happy if you can help me.

I have following setup:

1. Windows XP (I can install Win 98 or Win 95 if it’s needed)

2. CCS v3.3

3. XDS510PP (without drivers, can’t find cd anymore) + Prg2xx

4. Chinese clone XDS510-USB2.0 (it’s work with Blackhawk drivers correctly)

I already connect CCS3.3 + XDS510-USB2.0 and download program from TMS320F240PQ.

I replace new chip TMS320F240PQ and now I have big problem to upload file back.

My XDS510PP and Prg2xx not work, I get error message 100.

When I check device manager in Windows XP, I see unknow device Texas Instruments XDS560 PCI JTAG Emulator. And XDS510PP not working, error 100

I know, this chip is very old and no more support for it from TI and Spectrum Digital,

but maybe somebody have correct drivers for XDS510PP for winXP or win98/95? Or can somebody explain me how to install it correctly if I not need drivers.

I already buy original Spectrum Digital XDS510USB, now I wait until it coming to me, can I flash F240 chip with XDS510USB and SDFlash?

Anybody know where I can get SDFlash with algorithm files what works with TMS320F240PQ? And how to setup SDFlash. This program have many menus and they are all empty, I must select something, but I don’t know what exactly. Maybe somebody has real project and can explane me how to flash this chip. Spectrum Digital FAQ no more working, no any information.

Thank you for any help!
