Hello,

I am using TMS320F28035MPNTEP

Is it possible to set ADC for continuous sampling without using trigger sources?

Is it possible to configure the ADC module to generate ADC interrupts at a fixed periodic rate without relying on an external trigger source like ePWM or CPU timers? In other words, can the ADC itself be set up to automatically start conversions and trigger interrupts at a fixed frequency internally?

It is possible to setup the ADC to trigger conversions continuously, but your only control over ADC conversion and interrupt frequency would be from changing the sample and hold time.

I would strongly recommend using the ePWM module to trigger ADC conversions if you wish to convert and interrupt at a fixed frequency.

Can you tell me how to setup the ADC to trigger conversions continuously in TI 28035?. I could not find any registers setting to do that.
