TMS320F2800135: GPIO224 setting issue

Tool/software:

Hi Expert

Customer reports if they use the below statements to set the GPIO224 working as GPIO, the GPIO226(CMP3) state will wrong and report the motor over current issue, once block the c statements, there is no issue on GPIO226(CMP3). Is there anything wrong with the GPIO224 configuration?

To clarify the issue GPIO224 affects GPIO226 ? Can you please confirm.

What is the below GPIO register configuration for these pins ? also see note of the section shown below.
