I need the sample .csv file for the device "TPS546C23RVFR". 

Like does it have 4 column or 8 column? And what does each column has, like for example, sometimes the first column will have Register name, and second column will have register address. Like wise we need to know what does each column correspond to.

    Hi Saista,

    I'm attaching .csv file below:

    TPSM846C23-TPS546C23 256.0 Address 27 PMBus Programmer Script.csv

    Launching Fusion GUI > offline mode > Create new Offline system from start > Select device from GUI support list > TPS40xxx/... > TPS546C23 >ok > finish. And then you can export it or modify it before exporting as well.

    It has 2 columns, column A is for action (like read/write/comment) and column B is the data+cmd or if commented out then notes.

    It is possible that commands may be missing from that file, if so you can add them with same format.  The default value for each command can be found in datasheet pg.32 "Table 4. Supported PMBus Commands and Default Values".
