TMS320C28341: SRAM access latency

Hi Support team,

Just quick confirmation. When accessing L7 SRAM (1-wait), then the latency would be 2 cycle* (1/CPU frequency). Is this correct understanding? 

Let's say if CPU is running 300MHz, then calculation would be 2 * (1/300MHz) = 6.6ns.
