TMS320F28P650DK: CLB take too many cycles in biss-c, tformat, endat application

Hi experts,

My KMM HAITIAN migrate biss-c, tformat, endat lib to F28P65.

They found that CLB take about 2000-3000 cycles to do data receive & analysis & transmit.

Are there any suggestions to reduce the cycles?
