I changed the Title of the post, this looks like a CCS v20 update issue with F29x CPU.  I'm going to get this routed to our tools team.

Also please note that there is another issue with C2000Ware regarding examples not being displayed for older devices like F28035. I would not use the New Project wizard to import examples for these devices. Instead, I would import directly from Resource Explorer.
