and do you have any info on how the gold/copper tabs/traces on the perimeter of the part and how it correlates to the BGA signals?

Hello, the current datasheet on the web applies to TMS320F2812GHHS.

The GHH package has been replaced with GBB as described in TMS320F281x MicroStar BGA Discontinued and Redesigned

The package addendum and package outlines are auto-appended to the datasheet so even if we provided an older datasheet version it would lack this information. If you need the package outline you can get it from Find all TI packages | Texas Instruments by filtering for GHH.

Unfortunately, we don't have any documentation that correlates the exposed traces at the perimeter to the device signals.
