TMS320F280033: memory cannot display content after 0x90000 in F280033

Tool/software:

Customer report their CCS memory window cannot display content after 0x90000 when the project device select F280033, they use F280039 launchpad, CCS v12.8.1, C2000ware v5.04.

However 0x90000 memory work normal in my side with same version CCS and C2000ware, may I get advice what setting could affect memory display?

Pls let me know when is this behavior observed - as soon as the debugger is connected or after loading the code to the device.?

Is it possible to get the GEL file that is being used by the customer. Gel file has a memory_map function which configures the memory view.

Abnormal behavior on both debugger connected or after loading code. And customer GEL file is just from CCS v12.8.1 install folder \ccs\ccs_base\emulation\gel

Hi,

I am not sure what else could be causing this issue. I tried it on a F280039C launchpad and could not reproduce the issue.

Request them to share the target configuration file (.ccxml) and the GEL file that is being used.
