Hello Team,
One of our customers purchased 52 units of TMS320F2812PGFA and claim 14 units. The programmer only reports "Cannot program". Remaining 38 units were programmed on a FlshCore3 programming device from Data I/O. Unfortunately, there was no log file in this case.
We entered a FA request: CPR251122832 where we received a response "The failure rate is abnormally high. This is unlikely device related issue. Please continue working with the product line Apps team via E2E. "
So, posting this issue here and hoping to get some assistance from product line Apps team. Can you please advise any troubleshooting which can help the customer? Kindly let me know if you require anything else from customer side.
