If you are using InstaSPIN-BLDC trapezoidal control algorithm in controlSUITE, the answer is YES.
If you are using InstaSPIN-FOC for BLDC in motorWare, the answer is NO.
So as we understand it, we would run controlSUITE for the motor we wan't to use. The resultant tuned parameters get saved to flash, then all we have to do is issue a command for motor speed (for example), and monitor it?
Yes, but the motor or control parameters can't be saved to flash automatically, you need to update the parameters in the project and rebuild it.
