where i can config the build-configurations like old version CCS?
In ccs20.2 I only can only find to create new build-configuration based on CPU1_FLASH and CPU1_RAM. but I can't see the specific configyrations like follows:

The new CCS20.2 has a different UI for when it comes to creating a new build configuration however the concept is the same.
In this case, you have to create a new config using an existing build configuration as base. Then you can add all your new project settings in the new build configuration you have created.
In the below screenshot I created a new build configuration based of the RAM build configuration called FLASH_2.
