I installed CCS 12.4.0 IDE for 28335. But I am getting the error as listed below:

Apart from CCS 12.4.0 IDE installation, I installed the embedded software C2000Ware_5_05_00_00 from the resource explorer taking the corresponding MCU

Hello,

It's possible CCS 12.4 is a little old for the C2000ware version.
If you have access to the project explorer tab, can you right click the project and open Properties? Then check under CCS General for the Compiler version to see what version is currently installed and being utilized.
