TMS320F280039C: Is there any documentation describing INSTRUCTION_PRIVATE in the BSD file?

I downloaded "SPRM800.ZIP" from https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F280039C#design-tools-simulation , but I found that it contains INSTRUCTION_PRIVATE. I would like to know if there is any documentation describing it.

Hello. The PRIVATE is an internal test mode which is not documented or intended for use in the application. Internal means it is a register link which does not control or observe the pins. The JTAG software should understand this and pad it with dummy data as it interprets the BSDL, it is a standard JTAG syntax. You can review JTAG 1149.1 documentation for more details.
