TMS320F2812: Differences between GHHS and GBBS variants

Hi,

I'm trying to find a few differences between TMS320F2812GHHS and TMS320F2812GBBS. I know they're both SnPb, but is there a way to find if the actual percentages of each element are the same? Also, is there a to tell the wire bond material and wire bond type of both components?

Hi Chris, the material makeup can typically be found using this lookup tool OPN Materials Lookup Tool which is also linked from the product folder under "ordering and quality".

That said since the GHH device has been obsoleted, it doesn't not appear to be available in that tool. I'm afraid we wont have a way to get that information for the GHH.
