Hi Experts,
I have a question regarding CM Clocking scheme for the usage of MCAN with CPU1.

why do we have two clk connections to MCAN, is it because of MCAN_ICLK and MCAN_FCLK?
Regards,
Caspar

Hello,
Please expect a response early next week since it is a US Holiday today.

Hi Caspar,
Clock in #1 goes to the MCAN peripheral. This is the clock used for the MCAN logic. This is used when setting up the MCAN, like writing to the registers to configure the buffers or initializing the module. Clock in #2 is for the bit timing. This is used to determine the bit width of the CAN frame.
Best regards,
Joseph
